Design Ideas for Second Generation LimeLight Balloon

LimeLight was made in 2003 with fabric from Don Picard that was made in 1986.
Fabric from back then had a life expectancy of around 300 hours.
LimeLight has 318 hours on it (as of 11/05/2014)
LimeLight has 337 hours on it (as of 12/13/2015)
so it is time to start working on making a replacement.
I was able to get another roll of the exact same fabric from Don Piccard.
So I will be making an almost duplicate balloon, except this time it will have some design in it.
